The “2026 Private-School Management Leaders’ Exchange” for private-school leaders nationwide will be held on 5 November 2026. The event will use a hybrid format, including online participation, and provide an opportunity to consider the next steps through the sharing of school-reform initiatives and practical experience in education.
FCE Inc. announced that it will hold the “2026 Private-School Management Leaders’ Exchange” on Thursday, 5 November 2026. The event is positioned as a forum for reconsidering the educational value of private schools and how families choose schools amid continued population decline. School leaders and educators are scheduled to speak and share the background to their reforms, their decision-making and their initiatives.
The event comes against a backdrop of changes in the environment surrounding private schools, including population decline, advances in AI and increasingly diverse social needs. Key issues include how to translate a school’s founding principles into the substance of its education and communicate them to students and parents.
The event will be held from 13:30 to 17:30 on 5 November 2026 at a venue in Shinjuku NS Building and online in a hybrid format. It is open to principals, headteachers and school administrators at private schools nationwide. Participation is free and advance registration is required.
The programme will focus on talks presenting practical examples and the latest information from FCE Inc. Topics will include how to turn coeducation, a school name change and the launch of new courses into educational reform; how to put founding principles into practice; and how to foster independence and personal capabilities across the school as a whole.
