Details of the Hamburger Steak Bento and Potato Salad certified by Inageya as “Inageya Specialties,” along with their launch dates, prices, and stores carrying them.
United Supermarkets Holdings announced that 2 products from Inageya Co., Ltd. had been certified under its proprietary “Inageya Specialties” certification program. The designation is given to original products meeting sales-value and unit-sales criteria, and a logo is affixed to them.
The first deli item is the Onion Sauce Hamburger & Crab Croquette Bento, which uses hamburger steak made from a blend of coarsely and finely ground meat. The onion sauce is based on specially selected dark soy sauce. The cream croquette contains domestically produced red snow crab, and the product uses private-label eggs made with whole eggs. It launches on 29 April 2026, is priced at ¥599 before tax (¥646.92 including tax), and will be sold at all stores.
The other product is the “Special Potato Salad with Probiotics,” made primarily with domestically produced potatoes, onions, cucumbers, and carrots. It combines whole-egg mayonnaise with rice vinegar and white wine vinegar and contains 10 billion Shield lactic acid bacteria per 100g. It launches on 15 July 2026, with prices of ¥199 for a small pack, ¥299 for a medium pack, and ¥399 for a large pack. It will be sold at all stores.
