As the first collaboration between two long-established Yokohama companies, a limited-edition cocktail called “Brewer's Fashioned,” based on craft beer, has been developed and is being served at a bar at Hotel New Grand. Quantities are limited and it is available through 30 September.
Kirin Brewery Yokohama Plant, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year since its founding in Namamugi, Tsurumi Ward, and Hotel New Grand, which will celebrate its centenary next year, have developed their first collaboration cocktail, “Brewer's Fashioned.”
The cocktail is based on “Sour Twist Lager,” a craft beer produced at the brewery, with sweetness added and aromas of 3 types of citrus. It is being served at Bar Sea Guardian II on the first floor of the hotel's main building. Quantities are limited, and the price is ¥2,530.
Bartender Ota Keisuke (太田 圭介) said he devised a way to adjust the sweetness of the ingredients, creating a drink to be enjoyed through taste, sight and smell.
The cocktail is available through 30 September. No further updates are specified.
