The lecture will provide a systematic explanation of the three phases comprising the new product development process and business feasibility assessment, a total of four management areas, using the four methods NBP, CF, FF, and FVE.
The main lecture topics will focus on four areas: improving the quality and quantity of ideas, developing business concepts centered on customer value, accelerating development through upstream development, and evaluating themes through future value assessment. The seminar will also introduce specific application methods and organizational initiatives.
