Group company GA technologies has strengthened collaboration between MERCURY Inc. and Modern Standard by integrating MERCURY Inc.'s real estate data into property information pages on Modern Standard. The new features provide data visualizations of listing price history, current value and rate of change, and condominium scores.
GA technologies has released new features integrating the real estate big data held by its group company MERCURY Inc. into Modern Standard, the group's luxury real estate brokerage site. The aim is to eliminate information asymmetry and provide a transparent and secure transaction experience.
MERCURY Inc.'s advanced analytical data has been incorporated into Modern Standard's building detail pages. The new features include displaying up to 6 listing price histories, proprietary logic for calculating current value and the rate of change, and a condominium score calculated from 3 perspectives: asset value, location, and building.
The new features aim to provide customers considering a purchase, rental, sale, or investment with objective and highly transparent information for making decisions.
The service uses primary data from across the group, including RENOSY transaction data and electronic rental application data. Modern Standard is positioned as a platform that uses data primarily for luxury properties in central Tokyo.
