Sumitomo Mitsui Finance & Leasing has partnered with Replit to announce and launch personalised SaaS for businesses using enterprise vibe coding.
Sumitomo Mitsui Finance & Leasing (SMFL) unveiled a new generative-AI-powered service at a launch event as a pillar of its digital business and began providing the service to customers. Developed through collaboration between SMFL and Replit, the service integrates assetforce, a cloud-based asset management service, with Replit, a cloud development environment.
The service combines the creativity of assetforce and Replit to accelerate corporate systems development using AI. It also incorporates ADP (assetforce Data Platform) as the foundation for secure connections, with the aim of improving productivity in corporate systems development processes.
As a practical example, SMFL cited personalised functionality for assetforce and indicated that development previously requiring 6 people and around 6 months could potentially be completed by 1 person in around 1 week. SMFL plans to make the service one of the pillars of its digital business and increase its sales scale tenfold over the next 5 years.
The related book, 'The Impact of Enterprise Vibe Coding: How AI-Driven Development Is Changing Corporate Competitiveness', is scheduled for release on 27 November.
