Basis Corporation is expanding its infrastructure technology business centered on field execution capabilities and technology. It positions BPaaS, which integrates network, IoT and SaaS, as its growth engine toward 2030.
Basis Corporation operates an infrastructure technology business that provides integrated nationwide services for the design, construction, on-site support, operation and maintenance of network infrastructure, as well as the installation, construction, maintenance and operation of IoT devices. It offers three service categories, network services, IoT services and SaaS services, and has announced a policy of reviewing the service categories from the fiscal year ending June 2027 to reflect the actual services provided. Under Medium-Term Management Plan 2030, the company will combine field execution capabilities with technology and develop BPaaS as its overall growth engine.
The company is using its in-house SaaS platform centered on BLAS to accumulate and visualize field data and enhance operations. SaaS is positioned as the common platform for the infrastructure technology platform. Toward 2030, the company aims to expand recurring revenue and customer lifetime value by extending the platform to advanced maintenance, predictive maintenance and partner collaboration.
Since its founding in 2000, the company has completed the consolidation of the group into a single company following organizational reorganizations and changes in corporate name. It maintains a six-location nationwide structure and has strengthened its business base and technological capabilities by making Avance Azir a 100% subsidiary in November 2023, obtaining a patent for image-recognition AI in 2024 and making 日本電気安全協会 a wholly owned subsidiary in 2026.
