TKP will open its new multifunctional facility, TKP Osaka Umeda Conference Center ANNEX, on the 13th floor of the OS Building in Kita-ku, Osaka City, on 5 October. The facility will combine 429㎡ of rentable meeting space with rental offices and will be developed as Osaka’s first integrated facility of this type.
TKP Corporation will open the multifunctional facility TKP Osaka Umeda Conference Center ANNEX on the 13th floor of the OS Building in the Osaka-Umeda area on 5 October 2026. The contracted floor area is 429㎡ (130 tsubo). Taking advantage of its direct connection to the underground mall, the facility will serve a wide range of uses, including corporate training, seminars and events.
Rental offices under the name CROSSCOOP Osaka Umeda occupy the 15th and 17th floors of the same building. ANNEX will operate as Osaka’s first integrated facility combining rentable meeting space and rental offices. Through this coordination, it aims to provide an integrated base supporting corporate activities, including working, meeting and networking.
The Osaka-Umeda area is a major transport hub served by multiple lines, including JR, Hankyu, Hanshin and Osaka Metro. Its presence as a business center is growing as redevelopment progresses. TKP indicated that it will strengthen its business operations in the area and increase the number of its facilities in Osaka Prefecture.
The facility is located at 13th floor, OS Building, 3-3 Komatsubara-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. It is directly connected via the underground mall to JR Osaka Station, Hankyu-Hanshin Osaka-Umeda Station and Umeda Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. The contracted floor area is 429㎡, serving demand for events and training.
