The new Silent Type outerwear collection from lululemon and GORE-TEX, their first collaboration, has been announced. It will be launched early at BEAMS stores exclusively in Japan before going on sale nationwide in December.
lululemon, which originated in Canada, has unveiled Silent Type, its first outerwear collaboration with GORE-TEX. The collection combines the latest technologies to provide waterproofing, wind resistance and breathability.
The lineup comprises 6 styles, including rain jackets, raincoats and waterproof down jackets for both men and women. The designs prioritize comfort, using materials that reduce friction noise during movement and brushed tricot lining.
Pre-sales begin on 13 November at 3 Tokyo stores: BEAMS MEN Shibuya, BEAMS WOMEN Harajuku and BEAMS SPORTS. Regular sales begin on 3 December at 6 stores: BEAMS Shinjuku, BEAMS Futako-Tamagawa, BEAMS HOUSE Marunouchi, Umeda, Nagoya Station and Toyosu.
