ウィブル証券, the Japanese subsidiary of Webull Securities, announced that it had moved to a new management structure effective 1 October 2026. Mitsuka Hideki (三塚英毅), the current director and executive officer and COO, became representative director and president, while Kojima Kazu (小島和), the current representative director and president, became representative director and chairman, with the aim of supporting growth and strengthening the business foundation in Japan.
As representative director and chairman, Kojima Kazu (小島和) will continue to support the development of medium- to long-term management strategy, governance and stakeholder relationships. Drawing on experience leading the expansion of the business in the Japanese market over many years, Kojima will be responsible for providing stability and a long-term perspective.
Mitsuka Hideki (三塚英毅) has overseen business operations as a director and executive officer and COO. Under the new management structure, he will promote the evolution of the investment experience through technology and the development of a platform chosen by more investors.
Mitsuka Hideki's (三塚英毅) career includes serving as COO of the Global Markets Division at BofA Securities and BNP Paribas Securities Japan, followed by serving as COO during the founding period of Animoca Brands. He joined ウィブル証券 in 2024.
