NX Group invested in VALT JAPAN and entered into a capital and business alliance agreement. The investment was made as an NX Group project, dated 24 August.
VALT JAPAN operates NEXT HERO, a DX platform for people facing barriers to employment, and provides BPO services to numerous companies in collaboration with employment continuation support facilities across Japan.
The investment is intended to combine NX Group’s policy of expanding employment opportunities for people with disabilities and creating new areas of work in response to the declining working-age population with VALT JAPAN’s expertise in human resources matching and its operational know-how in administrative and digital fields, thereby building a new business model in which people with disabilities can serve as an effective workforce.
As part of the initiative, VALT JAPAN will establish a digital innovation center (DIC) exclusively for NX Group to design, operate and manage the quality of administrative and routine work. The companies will also promote a phased transition to direct employment and expand the direct employment of people with disabilities through NXハートフル.
In the future, the companies will also consider providing outsourced services to the logistics industry as a whole, with the aim of resolving social issues and upgrading supply chains through business co-creation with startups in Japan and overseas.
