Kanadevia completed its acquisition of Australian water treatment company Gaidella O'Connor and acquired all of its shares through its Australian subsidiary OsmoFlo. Kanadevia announced the acquisition in July and plans to combine local business resources to develop the market.
Kanadevia announced on the 2nd that it had completed its acquisition of Gaidella O'Connor, an Australian company engaged in the design and construction of water treatment plants. The acquisition was carried out through its Australian subsidiary OsmoFlo, which acquired all shares.
The acquisition will bring Gaidella O'Connor's water treatment plant construction capabilities into the group, creating a structure capable of providing integrated services from design through operation and maintenance.
Demand for water infrastructure in Australia is expected to increase as a result of population growth and aging infrastructure. Kanadevia aims to provide sustainable water solutions worldwide by integrating the management resources of OsmoFlo and Gaidella O'Connor.
