The new HG NBR 100 Long model of PACER cleanroom gloves, developed in response to feedback from worksites in Japan, has been launched, while full-scale rollout of the globally established NBR 1000 Long product in the Japanese market is also beginning. The lineup will be expanded to 4 products.
HG NBR 100 Long (high-grip type) has been announced and launched as a new product under PACER, a brand of gloves for cleanrooms in Japan. The product was developed through collaboration between 森良株式会社 and its manufacturer, PMG, in response to demand from the Japanese market.
HG NBR 100 Long features a high-grip surface treatment and embossed fingertips. It is suitable for Class 100 environments (ISO 5) and provides puncture resistance and tear strength, while also featuring a powder-free, sulfur-free and otherwise free-from design.
The PACER series will now comprise 4 products, and the Japan rollout of NBR 1000 Long will also be accelerated in response to demand in the Japanese market. The products are intended for a broad range of applications, including advanced semiconductor and electronic component manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and research institutions.
As part of the campaign for the new products, samples of HG NBR 100 Long and NBR 1000 Long are being offered to encourage users to try them in their own work environments. Based in Tokyo, 森良株式会社 imports, exports and sells products for controlled environments.
