Iwatsuka Seika will release its new product, 70g THE Hitotsumami Lázǐjī flavor, nationwide for a limited time. The premium snack combines the numbing heat inspired by the Sichuan dish laziji with a crisp texture.
Iwatsuka Seika announced on 2 November that it would launch its new product, 70g THE Hitotsumami Lázǐjī (spicy Sichuan chicken) flavor, nationwide for a limited time. The suggested retail price is approximately ¥240, and the product will be available for a limited period. Supervision is provided by popular chef Kinya Komoda (菰田欣也), who won a world Chinese cuisine competition.
The new product joins the series, whose concept is “a handful for a break,” combining a crisp texture with the umami of spices and a numbing heat. It is inspired by the authentic Sichuan dish laziji.
The snack uses the series' distinctive texture and flavor characteristics and will be available nationwide, but only for a limited time.
