Yoshimura Jitsuyoshi (吉村実義) graduated from the Faculty of Science at Chiba University in 1982 and joined Dia Consultant. He became an executive officer in 2013, a director in 2017 and a director of ＤＮホールディングス in 2021. He is from Chiba Prefecture and is currently 68 years old.
The presidency at ＤＮホールディングス will change from Current President Fujimoto Hiroyuki (藤本弘之) to Yoshimura Jitsuyoshi (吉村実義) as part of a management change at the company. Formal approval will depend on procedures following the general meeting of shareholders.
