NS United Kaiun announced that it had received くるみん certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare for its efforts to support employees in balancing work and childcare. The certification was awarded in 2026, covering initiatives undertaken from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2026.
The company said it has developed and promoted various programs supporting the balance between childcare and work, while working to create a supportive workplace environment. Evaluation criteria are believed to have included the development of comprehensive programs and achievement of targets.
Going forward, the company said it will continue developing a workplace where diverse personnel can fully demonstrate their abilities and employees can work with confidence.
