ROUND1's September same-store sales increased 38.6% year on year, marking the 12th consecutive month of sales growth. Strong performance in the prize area and collaboration campaigns contributed to the increase in visitor numbers.
ROUND1 announced its September sales figures, revealing that domestic same-store sales increased 38.6% year on year. This marked the 12th consecutive month in which sales exceeded the previous year's result. The announcement was made at around 11:30 a.m.
The company cited the dedicated crane-game area "Toresugi-no Island" and collaboration campaigns as factors supporting sales, which it said remained strong.
The increase in visitors was attributed in part to the high number of rainy Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, particularly in the Kanto region, suggesting that weather conditions may have influenced people's decision to visit.
Kabutan reported that the shares remained firm in afternoon trading following the announcement, with attention focused on future monthly trends and the sustainability of the campaign effects.
