A new solution will be jointly offered to pharmaceutical companies' product marketing departments. It uses AI to structure MR interview records and an AI Persona Doctor to support product strategy development and content creation.
J-Stream Inc.'s consolidated subsidiary ビッグエムズワイ and the overseas literature service provider announced that they will begin offering the new solution "AI Persona Doctor and Content Utilization Support Service" from October 2026 for pharmaceutical companies' product marketing departments. ビッグエムズワイ will serve as the point of contact and will form a dedicated team for each project.
The solution uses AI to structure primary information, such as MR interview records, and provides an environment that uses the interactive AI agent "AI Persona Doctor" to draw out physician insights and support product strategy development and content creation. It is positioned as an accompanying service that structures and puts field insights to practical use.
The service consists of 3 steps. In STEP 1, primary information is organized; in STEP 2, an AI Persona Doctor is created; and in STEP 3, it is used and verified, with the findings fed back into strategy. The service is incorporated into content planning and interview preparation, and usage is reported.
The service can begin with a trial covering 1 product and 1 project, with pricing quoted individually. The service is called "AI Persona Doctor and Content Utilization Support Service," will launch in October 2026, and is intended for the various departments of pharmaceutical companies. ビッグエムズワイ will serve as the point of contact.
