It was described as having received the award after being rated as an outstanding product in both customer satisfaction and recognition.
Rakuraku Automated Response focuses on functions that improve the efficiency of daily inquiry handling. In October last year, it introduced an AI function that automatically generates draft replies using past email histories. It also released an AI translation function to support multilingual communications in July this year, and said it plans to offer an AI-FAQ function that uses AI to create FAQ articles this autumn.
The ITreview Grid Award uses ITreview's proprietary four-quadrant map to evaluate customer satisfaction and recognition based on approximately 164,000 reviews. Leader status is awarded to products that perform strongly on both indicators. The number of companies using Rakuraku Automated Response has expanded over the long term, exceeding 9,000 cumulatively, and the product has achieved No. 1 sales share for 17 consecutive years.
