The 3-hand analog “MTP-1440DJ” has been released as a new addition to the CASIO Collection. This standard model is designed for everyday use and is available in two versions with different dial designs.
The brass case measures 41.0 mm vertically × 36.3 mm horizontally and is 8.6 mm thick, giving it a slim profile. The surface is treated with silver-colored ion plating to enhance its appearance and durability. It offers 5-bar water resistance and approximately 3 years of battery life, making it highly practical.
The MTP-1440DJ-1AJF has a black dial with bar indexes for a modern look, while the MTP-1440DJ-7BJF has a white dial with highly legible Arabic numerals. Both feature a day-date display and allow the weekday display to be switched between Japanese and English.
The price is around ¥7,700, and the bracelet uses a sliding clasp, with an adjustable wrist size of 150–205 mm. Weighing approximately 92 g, the watch is designed with an emphasis on practicality for everyday wear.
