株式会社KIYONO has launched “President’s Morning Briefing,” a new service that automatically aggregates and summarizes internal data with AI, enabling users to understand the company’s latest developments in 3 minutes every morning. The service analyzes daily sales, key KPIs and project developments, then delivers the briefing through the tools employees typically use.
There is no need to prepare new reports or perform aggregation work on the front lines. By simply reading the morning briefing, the president can understand “the company’s now” and “changes requiring attention,” which is expected to free up time for decision-making.
“President’s Morning Briefing” identifies metrics showing significant changes based on comparisons with the previous day and previous week, among others, and prioritizes alerts on important projects and risks. At the end of each briefing, it also presents a “point of the day,” a one-line indication of what should be checked or addressed that day.
The initiative was introduced in Japan in line with the US concept of an AI Chief of Staff, as a mechanism to support faster decision-making at Japanese companies. By having AI handle the organization of morning information, the service aims to create an environment in which executives can devote more time to decision-making than to information gathering.
