Inevitable AI has announced plans to “rebuild from the ground up” major SaaS products using AI, while Tel Aviv-based Aleph led a $6 million investment. Founder Nimrod Lehavi says he aims to operate a one-founder studio, true to the company’s name.
Inevitable AI Group has announced a funding round aimed at rebuilding from the ground up, using AI, the products of major SaaS companies valued at $1 billion to $10 billion, and operating them with 1 founder and no employees. Aleph led the funding, which totaled $6 million (approximately ¥953 million).
The company says it can develop “cloned” products in approximately 6 weeks. Each product includes a chat box and supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), a standard for connecting AI agents to software. The company emphasizes its 1-founder structure, with effectively no human employees.
The founder initially considered bootstrapping, but Aleph joined after a recommendation from an investor who had supported the founder’s launch of Simplex and the participation of other investors, leading to a shift toward a model targeting the launch of approximately 50 companies.
As for the market response, the declining cost of AI agents and the growing viability of small teams are expected to intensify competition through acquisition strategies by existing companies and newly established studios. Lehavi also suggested that Anthropic and OpenAI could become smaller in scale over the next 2 years.
The adoption of technology trends such as MCP compatibility and vibe coding is strengthening the view that the nature of software development itself is set to change.
