Japan Business Systems,Inc. announced that it had obtained Apple Premium Business Partner certification and said it would strengthen its support structure to provide continuous assistance for enterprise Mac use, from procurement through deployment, operations and refreshes.
The company draws on its technological expertise in the digital workplace field and has accumulated practical expertise in authentication and device management using Microsoft Entra ID and integration with Microsoft 365. It supports the development of environments where Windows and Mac coexist.
The company is advancing the introduction of Mac in-house and currently uses 300 Macs as standard devices for business operations. Through this initiative, it is working to enable device selection based on the operating environment and the nature of the work.
By providing lifecycle support in collaboration with Apple, the company will establish a structure for continuously supporting enterprise Mac use, including procurement planning, refresh cycles and deployment design.
