According to Asahi Chemical Industry’s earnings flash released on 14 October 2026, ordinary income for the fiscal year ended August 2026 was ¥114 million, approximately in line with the previous year and 12.3% below the company’s prior forecast of ¥130 million.
The earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending August 2027, announced on the same day, indicated expected ordinary income of ¥185 million, representing an expected 62.3% increase in ordinary profit. Ordinary income for the interim period is forecast at ¥100 million.
