SE Holdings and Incubations, which publishes technical books and provides marketing support and content creation services, has raised its earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027. Under the new outlook, operating profit is expected to reach ¥1.10 billion, up 15.2% year on year and approximately 29% above the previous forecast. The upward revision was driven by the expectation that the investment management business will make a substantially larger contribution than previously anticipated.
Meanwhile, revenue from most businesses other than investment management is expected to fall generally below the previous forecast, but the investment management business is expected to offset the shortfall by contributing a profit. Overall, the company said the upward revision from its previous forecast is primarily attributable to strong performance in the investment management business.
