GMO One Account has launched “1 Account Gas,” a city-gas service using the shared customer ID “1 Account.” It outlines the launch date, eligible areas, preferential pricing, increased rewards when bundled with electricity, and plans to expand the service in the future.
GMO One Account株式会社 announced that it will begin accepting new applications for its city-gas retail service “1 Account Gas” from 1 October 2026. The service is available to customers who already use “1 Account Electricity,” and will be offered in the supply areas of Tokyo Gas, Keiyo Gas, Toho Gas, Osaka Gas and Saibu Gas, covering parts of 1 metropolis, 2 urban prefectures and 14 prefectures.

In addition, when bundled with “1 Account Electricity,” the rewards rate on electricity bills changes from 1% to 1.5%.
A discount campaign offering up to ¥10,000 off is also being held for new applicants to “1 Account Electricity.” The eligible period runs from 1 July to 31 October 2026. Applications are submitted via the website, and the company also plans to improve convenience, including a function for updating multiple details at once when changing address.
Looking ahead, the company plans to add lifestyle infrastructure services, including mobile and water dispensers, to “1 Account” in stages, starting with electricity and gas.
