Kinjiro Co.,Ltd. and Insource Co.,Ltd. announced a business partnership and will launch a new service integrating employment management data and training content. By linking Universal Kinjiro with the Leaf series, the companies will integrate employment, health, payroll, and learning management data and establish a structure to support human capital management through a one-stop service.
Kinjiro Co.,Ltd. announced on 2 November 2026 that it had entered into a business partnership agreement with Insource Co.,Ltd. The core of the partnership is systems integration between the company’s HRM solution, Universal Kinjiro, and Insource’s LMS, the Leaf series. This will enable employment management, health management, and talent development data to be centrally managed.
2026 is positioned as a year in which mandatory disclosure of human capital management information will advance, and companies are required to link employee skills development and training results to business performance. As competitors such as SmartHR, Money Forward, and freee intensify competition in the market, Kinjiro plans to differentiate itself by combining health management data with Insource’s educational resources.
The specific pillars of the partnership are the launch of Kinjiro Learning (provisional name) and the start of reciprocal sales. By integrating employment, personnel, payroll, and health information with the learning functions of the Leaf series, HR personnel will be able to develop training plans and manage the delivery and completion of e-learning on a single platform. The Leaf series had approximately 4.4 million active users as of 2026, giving Kinjiro users access to extensive educational resources.
Going forward, the companies will expand a partner ecosystem centered on Universal Kinjiro and establish an environment for providing education and talent development services through a one-stop service starting with employment data. As generative AI adoption and the growing burden on managers present challenges, more efficient training management and stronger education programs could provide one solution to companies’ human resources issues.
