As PRISM BioLab continued to rise, Eisai published the clinical results from the Phase 1b/2 dose-expansion cohort for E7386, jointly developed with PRISM BioLab, as an academic paper in eClinicalMedicine.
PRISM BioLab announced that the results of the dose-expansion cohort from the Phase 1b/2 clinical trial of E7386, jointly developed with Eisai, had been published in eClinicalMedicine, a peer-reviewed open-access journal.
The trial evaluated combination therapy with E7386 and lenvatinib in 102 patients (NCT04008797) with advanced endometrial cancer whose disease had progressed after platinum-based chemotherapy and anti-PD-(L)1 immunotherapy. The cohort was the dose-expansion cohort of the trial.
The reported results indicated that the combination of E7386 and lenvatinib showed a manageable safety profile and antitumor activity. The companies said the findings provided useful insights for advancing the ongoing dose-optimization segment.
