パーソル&サーバーワークス will open a new office in Iidabashi to provide support for cloud adoption centered on AWS, and will begin operations on Monday, 19 October 2026. The new office is expected to serve as a hub for promoting knowledge sharing and dialogue among employees and accelerating co-creation with customers and partners.
As background to the relocation, the company explained that it had used a serviced office as its headquarters since its establishment, but that as the business and organization have grown, the importance of having a place where employees working on various projects and in different environments can meet face to face and build connections across the organization has increased. The company also determined that a setting for direct dialogue on challenges and future plans related to cloud adoption and in-house development would be essential for future growth, leading it to establish a dedicated office.
The new office will include spaces to promote interaction and knowledge sharing among employees. It will also encourage dialogue among different departments, including engineering, sales, recruitment and corporate functions, with the aim of building connections across departments and leading to the creation of new ideas and services. In addition, meeting spaces will be provided for customers and partners, enabling the company to identify needs through dialogue and pursue the co-creation of support and services.
The relocation is to 3F, Iidabashi i-MARK ANNEX, 3-11-13 Iidabashi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, with operations beginning on 19 October 2026. The new address offers access to multiple rail lines and provides an environment for deepening collaboration between the two companies, serving as a base for stronger recruitment and future growth.
