日本TOYO has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Ukraine’s Hachiman Dynamics UA LLC to collaborate on education and operational evaluations for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), field demonstrations and evaluations of its products in Ukraine, and corporate asset surveys. The two companies will connect the technologies and products of Japanese companies with local specialist personnel and technical networks to advance the development of specific joint businesses. The companies will also consider individually such activities as designing verification criteria, organizing data, coordinating locally, preparing reports and conducting reevaluations.
日本TOYO will be responsible for business development, corporate partnerships and project promotion in the Japanese market, as well as planning and coordinating technology demonstrations and joint research in Ukraine and advancing contract negotiations. Hachiman Dynamics will deepen collaboration in areas including local specialist education and operational support, data utilization, and surveying and facility inspections.
