After the market close on the 18th, a consolidated subsidiary of Axelspace Holdings announced that it had signed a memorandum of understanding for a business partnership with Pacific Consultants to address challenges in the social infrastructure sector through the use of satellite data.
The partnership aims to link the early assessment of damage and wide-area monitoring in the disaster management field, as well as the ongoing observation and management of deterioration and changes in social infrastructure, to the development and implementation of solutions that apply satellite data to real-world challenges.
The two companies have stated that they will pursue joint proposals to customers and contracting organizations in Japan and overseas, with a view to expanding the business.
