日本M&Aセンター was recognized by Guinness World Records for the 6th consecutive year as the best-selling mergers and acquisitions advisory company, after handling 1,150 M&A financial advisory engagements in 2025. The record period ran from 1 January to 31 December 2025, and the official record title is Best-selling mergers and acquisitions advisory company.
The group has announced that it marked its 35th anniversary and launched what it calls its “second founding.” President and Representative Director Takeuchi Naoki (竹内直樹) expressed his gratitude for the longstanding support of its clients and business partners and outlined the company’s policy of continuing to support corporate growth after M&A.
