The Tokyo Stock Exchange designated ウェルディッシュ as a security entering a grace period and as a security under special watch. The period is due to the loss of substantive continuity, starting on 11 December 2025 and ending on 31 August 2029.
ウェルディッシュ (formerly Ishigaki Foods) announced that, as a security listed on the Standard Market, it had been designated as a security entering a grace period due to the loss of substantive continuity. The grace period is applied retroactively from 11 December 2025 and is expected to continue through 31 August 2029.
This determination was based on the conclusion that, following a third-party allotment in June 2024 and the conversion of 2 companies into wholly owned subsidiaries in 2025, the company was not the substantive surviving company. The completion date of the acquisition of the second subsidiary serves as the reference date.
In addition, the company was designated as a security under special watch as of 29 September 2026. This followed a determination that the disclaimer of conclusion in the interim review report and inappropriate conduct relating to the exercise of stock acquisition rights required improvements to the internal control system. Payment of a ¥28.8 million listing agreement penalty is required.
