GENIEE added a targeting function to GENIEE DSP using company-name lists, enabling direct advertising to specific companies identified by company names in sales lists. The service also provides IP identification for target companies and exclusion settings.
GENIEE DSP has added a “company-name targeting function” that allows advertisers to specify advertising targets based on a company-name list they provide. This enables direct advertising to target companies using company names from sales lists and similar sources.
The new function matches the company-name list against data in LBC, a database provided by UserLocal, identifies the IP addresses of the target companies, and delivers advertisements to them. Companies included on the list can also be excluded from the advertising targets.
GENIEE DSP has previously provided targeting by attributes such as industry, company size, and job title through integration with LBC and other services. The addition of a function that allows company lists used in sales activities to be designated directly as advertising targets will strengthen the integration of sales activities and advertising initiatives. The function can reduce the operational burden by eliminating the need to recreate sales lists, while supporting new customer acquisition by excluding existing customers.
Expected benefits of using the new function include concentrating advertising delivery on target companies, visualizing delivery results by company to improve future initiatives, and using the results to create follow-up lists for inside sales.
GENIEE operates an advertising platform business and has stated a policy of maximizing advertising performance through integration between its DSP and SSP. Company information, including the corporate profile and contact details at the end of the article, is presented in accordance with the release text.
