一朶の雲株式会社 and Scaleup Solutions have entered into a business partnership agreement aimed at establishing corporate communications as a management function within companies. By combining reporting and production capabilities with expertise in working alongside management, the companies will jointly promote corporate transformation through communications.
The partnership aims to implement corporate communications not merely as an activity for conveying a company's strengths, but as a management function that builds trust with diverse stakeholders, including customers, jobseekers, business partners, financial institutions, local communities, and the media. Specifically, support will focus on 5 elements: designing a corporate communications function directly under management, articulating its principles, establishing mechanisms for identifying internal information, developing communications channels and an editorial structure, and evaluating performance in a way that builds an accumulated stock of communications assets.
Going forward, the companies will support the establishment of corporate communications structures for growth-oriented companies from the Tokyo metropolitan area to Kyushu. They will expand efforts to connect communications support with ongoing support for management strategy, business development, finance, and human resources, transforming the power to communicate effectively into a management capability.
The representatives stated that corporate communications plays a role in building trust as a management function, and expressed their intention to support the full process from communications strategy design through implementation through collaboration between the two companies.
