Resilire has been selected for the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center’s “Texas, USA Hands-on Support Program” and will work to expand contacts with local partners in Texas and validate its value proposition in the US market.
Resilire announced that it had been selected for the program operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center. Through the program, it will expand contacts with manufacturing companies and local partners in Texas, validate the value proposition of its “Resilire” supply-chain risk management cloud platform in the US market, and advance its business development.
The program supports the expansion of Tokyo-based small and medium-sized enterprises into Texas under a memorandum of understanding signed by Tokyo and Texas. It provides customized support tailored to each company’s challenges, matching through local networks, market research, assistance with establishing a local base and other services. Selected companies receive individual support from navigators, consultations with experts, networking opportunities with local organizations, companies and university research institutions, and opportunities such as English-language video production. Ongoing support is also provided after travel to the region.
Texas has clusters of manufacturing, energy and IT companies, with industry clusters forming in different parts of the state. Its international airports and ports, as well as its location on the border with Mexico, are driving increased demand for parts supply, logistics and professional services. Resilire aims to apply locally the supply-chain visibility and risk-management expertise it has developed through work with Japanese manufacturers.
Representative Director and CEO Tsuda Yudai (津田 裕大) said that the company’s vision is to connect supply-chain information worldwide. He said Resilire would accelerate efforts to refine its value proposition in line with local challenges, extend Japanese expertise to the United States, and build an infrastructure to support manufacturing across borders.
