Ena City, Gifu Prefecture, and Stayway announced a business partnership and will introduce Subsidy Cloud for Gov, a system that enables users to search for subsidy information in one place, to Ena City. The service will launch on 1 September, and a press conference was held at city hall on 27 August.
Ena City, Gifu Prefecture, and fintech company Stayway announced a business partnership and outlined plans to provide Ena City with Subsidy Cloud for Gov, a system that supports the search for and application for subsidy programs. The announcement was also covered by The Nikkei.
The partnership is intended to support Ena City’s introduction of a system, in cooperation with the same center, that compiles information on subsidies and grants into a database. The system can search approximately 15,000 programs nationwide and provides information on available funding, application periods and application procedures. Stayway will provide the system, while the city aims to expand the range of programs available to businesses and residents.
The initiative originated in 2025, when Ena City entered into a partnership agreement with NOBUNAGA Capital Village, an investment company under the Ju-ichi Financial Group, and was introduced to Stayway. The city explained that it aims to enhance support for capital investment, digital transformation and business startups.
The press conference held at Ena City Hall on 27 August was attended by the mayor, representatives of organizations affiliated with the city and Stayway’s representative directors. The article stated that the initiative aims to raise awareness of subsidy information and encourage its use.
