The former Life Daisen Store temporarily closed in 2025 because of aging facilities. The redevelopment is expected to transform the area into a shopping destination where customers can purchase daily necessities and consumer electronics in one area, with a new Life store and an adjacent K's Denki store opening at the same time.
The 2 anchor tenants are Life Daisen Store, with an area of approximately 1,523 m², and the tentatively named K's Denki Sakai Daisen Store, with an area of approximately 4,111 m². The supermarket and large-format consumer electronics store will open next to each other. Plans call for approximately 208 parking spaces and approximately 392 bicycle parking spaces after opening.
