Against a backdrop of an increase in referrals from companies and requests for tours, the center is creating an environment that can accommodate more employees on leave as a rework facility supporting them from preparation for return to work through stable employment after returning to work.
The center offers a flexible program available for as little as 3 weeks, drawing on its longstanding expertise in mental health support to assist users with a view to stable employment after returning to work. It also works with companies to coordinate among users, HR personnel and occupational health staff, share information before and after return-to-work assessments, and support retention after employees return to work.
