新晃社 has installed the Revoria Press PC2120 production printer from FUJIFILM Business Innovation, aiming to improve the expressive capabilities and productivity of specialty printing with its 1-pass, 6-color print engine.
Against a background of diverse printing services developed since its founding, 新晃社 installed the Revoria Press PC2120 to improve quality and strengthen its production capabilities. The company plans to use specialty printing techniques such as faux embossing and foil stamping to meet demand for shorter lead times and higher-value-added services.
The new press features a 1-pass, 6-color print engine that can simultaneously load up to 2 specialty toners in addition to the 4 CMYK colors, including silver, clear, white and pink. It expands metallic effects and printing on dark-colored and specialty paper, delivering high-speed printing of 120 A4 color and monochrome pages per minute.
Automatic adjustment functions using AI technology and sensors automate color matching and registration, with the aim of achieving stable, high-quality printing and greater production efficiency. Going forward, the company plans to use the press to improve services for existing customers, shorten lead times and develop new products for its branding business.
