Kasumigaseki Capital Co.,Ltd. announced its four business pillars and growth strategy in an IR interview. The company outlined its future direction, including a change in its listed market segment and the development of automated warehouses, with logistics, hotels, healthcare and overseas development as its core businesses.
Since its founding in 2011, Kasumigaseki Capital Co.,Ltd. has developed businesses that address social challenges. Its current operations are centered on four pillars, with logistics facility development at the core, alongside hotels, healthcare and overseas development. The company’s origins include experience in developing solar power generation facilities, and its business model is based on prioritizing rapid capital turnover.
The company listed on the TSE Mothers market in November 2018 and changed its market segment to the TSE Prime Market in October 2023. It has identified its hotel business, including FAV HOTEL, which achieved profitability even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the development of frozen and refrigerated warehouses, the provision of healthcare facilities, and overseas real estate development in Dubai as its growth drivers.
In its logistics business, the company has grown in approximately 3 years into one of Japan’s leading developers of frozen and refrigerated warehouses. It outlined plans to develop automated frozen-storage warehouses and establish a system capable of providing flexible storage on a per-pallet basis. In the healthcare field, a project is under way to develop hospices near railway stations, pursuing a comfortable environment that families can also visit easily.
Going forward, the company will promote the in-house development of its operations and develop systems for its hotel, logistics and healthcare businesses internally to improve efficiency and profitability. It stated that it will strengthen its organisation through the expansion of new businesses and M&A, aiming to grow as a group of entrepreneurs.
