On 15 October U.S. time, Amazon announced the Bee Frontier and Bee Eclipse, AI wearable devices that record conversations and provide summaries, To-Do lists, reminders, and insights. Frontier is attached to the wrist or clothing, while Eclipse attaches magnetically to the back of a smartphone, positioning both as new products in the Bee series. Bee's memory features track conversations and patterns over time and suggest goals and actions.
Frontier is designed for approximately 7 days of continuous use and charges via USB-C. Eclipse is expected to operate for several weeks on a single charge, with a button used to start and stop recording and an LED indicating its status. For both devices, conversation summaries and reviews can be viewed in the app, while past data is managed according to deletion and sharing settings.
