網屋 is pursuing ARR growth through its two-core-business structure of data security and network security, centered on the transition of Verona to SASE and Hypersonix.
網屋 is developing its business across two core areas, data security and network security, while strengthening its cloud-based delivery structure. In network security, it is focusing on the SASE segment, which addresses the expansion of telework and cloud adoption, centered on Network All Cloud, a service that centrally manages VPN routers, firewalls, switches and wireless LAN equipment from the cloud. Its customers are primarily companies and organizations with multiple locations, and it uses a hybrid sales structure combining direct and indirect sales, as well as OEM supply.
Verona, the company’s core service, provides fully managed SASE, integrating conventional VPN and firewall functions in the cloud. It features advanced security functions, including zero-trust authentication and dynamic port control, enabling secure access for connections between locations and telework environments. Orders have been steadily increasing recently, making the service a driver of ARR growth.
Hypersonix is a cloud-based wireless LAN service that provides design, construction and operation from the cloud for diverse environments, including offices and stores. Its distinguishing feature is the flexible combination of equipment from multiple manufacturers. In Japan, the company has entered into a sales agency agreement for U.S.-based Ubiquiti’s UniFi series and is expanding the service.
The network security business is in a phase of growth investment, with the company actively strengthening sales and investing in research and development related to SASE. Although profit growth is being constrained in the short term, improved profitability and growth are expected as ARR expands and its partnerships become fully operational.
