東亞合成 and Takaoka Ryukoku High School will establish the children's craft space “Tsuku-Room” at Tsuginote as part of a regional co-creation initiative. The event will be held in Takaoka on 24 and 25 October, with 東亞合成 engineers supporting children as “adhesive doctors.”
At Tsuginote, an industrial promotion fair held in Takaoka, Toyama Prefecture, 東亞合成 and Takaoka Ryukoku High School will jointly open the children's craft space “Tsuku-Room.” The Tsuginote Executive Committee is leading the initiative, with the 3 parties working together as part of a regional co-creation project.
Tsuku-Room is a free space being established for the second consecutive year, where children can freely use discarded materials and turn them into works of art. The area will be directed by “Oekaki and Decorin,” which will also offer several workshops. A free-craft area will allow children to take their creations home.
This year, 東亞合成 will participate in planning and operations. Through special workshops such as “Orange Diorama,” its engineers will help run the venue and advise the children. The initiative will further strengthen the co-creation model in which the company develops projects together with high school students.
On 6 October, 東亞合成 representatives visited Takaoka Ryukoku High School to share information with students on how to use Aron Alpha and on the workshop content, and to discuss operating procedures.
