Skylark Group's Hachiro Soba will open the Nerima Tsuchishita store in Tokyo on 7 October and the Yamato Fukami store in Kanagawa on 22 October. Pre-opening events will be held on 20 and 21 October.
Hachiro Soba's menu centres on handmade fresh soba and tempura. In addition to lunch, it offers an extensive selection of alcoholic beverages for dinner, and has announced an opening event for a restaurant designed to be convenient at any time of day. The new stores will highlight the flavour of the soba and the depth of the broth, while also offering standard rice-bowl and set-meal options.
The Nerima Tsuchishita store is located at 3-27-22 Tsuchishita, Nerima-ku, Tokyo. Its hours are 10:00 to 23:00, with last orders at 22:30. It has 60 seats and will open on 7 October 2026. The Yamato Fukami store is located at 4-4-4 Fukaminishi, Yamato, Kanagawa Prefecture. Its hours are likewise 10:00 to 23:00, with last orders at 22:30. It has 72 seats and will open on 22 October 2026, following pre-opening events on 20 and 21 October.
