Funai Soken Holdings will introduce the “Premium Benefits Club,” a digital shareholder management platform. Eligible shareholders are those holding 400 shares or more as of the end of December 2026, with the company aiming to strengthen dialogue through IR information distribution and surveys.
Funai Soken Holdings announced that it will introduce the “Premium Benefits Club,” a digital shareholder management platform provided by WILLs Inc. The main purposes are to strengthen dialogue with shareholders and digitize shareholder management. Eligible shareholders will be those holding 400 shares or more according to the shareholder registry as of year-end. The platform will support management and IR activities through the distribution of IR information and surveys.
Under the shareholder benefit program, shareholder benefit points can be exchanged for products through a dedicated website, and can also be exchanged for and combined into the common shareholder benefit coin “WILLsCoin.” The dedicated website is scheduled to open in mid-February 2027, using platform functions provided by WILLs Inc.
For point rollover, from December 2026 onward, eligibility will be based on the shareholder registry as of the end of December each year. Points can be rolled over if the shareholder has been recorded at least 2 consecutive times under the same shareholder number and has continuously held 400 shares or more, but the points expire if the shareholder number changes.
The products available for exchange are expected to comprise approximately 5,000 types, including a broad lineup of gourmet items, home appliances and experience gifts. Looking ahead, the shareholder-only dedicated website “Funai Soken Holdings Premium Benefits Club” is scheduled to open in mid-February 2027, and the company said it would promptly disclose any changes.
