SynapXion and NTTデータ先端技術, which provide consistent support for embedding AI in businesses, have begun collaborating and will jointly promote the expanded use and embedding of AI. As their first initiative, they will begin jointly rolling out Assessment Pro, an AI adoption assessment tool provided by SynapXion, and establish a framework to support implementation of the measures identified by the tool by combining SynapXion's consulting services with NTTデータ先端技術's digital solutions services.
Against a backdrop of growing demand to visualize the gap between the actual use of AI in the workplaces of Japanese companies and their management objectives, the two companies will draw on their advanced technical capabilities and expertise in on-the-ground support to integrate gap analysis and implementation support through Assessment Pro.
The specific initiatives will be developed around two pillars. The first is to visualize AI maturity through the joint provision of current-state assessments and gap analysis services using Assessment Pro. The second is to provide joint, role-based, end-to-end implementation support for specific measures to close the gaps.
Using 8 evaluation axes, the companies will divide responsibility between the consulting areas of strategy, talent, processes, culture and governance, and the digital solutions areas of AI technology and data infrastructure, linking these efforts to the creation of customer value.
