In terms of the transaction details, イメージ・マジック acquired some of the shares in 長谷川美芸 and then acquired the remaining shares through a simplified share exchange, bringing its ownership to 100%. 1 October was treated as the deemed acquisition date, and the transaction will be incorporated into the consolidated results for the current fourth quarter.
長谷川美芸 began its apparel-printing business in 2007 and expanded its scale. It now supports a broad range of production methods, including screen printing, sublimation transfer and DTF.
Through this M&A transaction, イメージ・マジック aims to secure production capacity and combine the strengths of the two companies.
