Royal Holdings, Choushimaru and Sojitz have announced that they will open the new US concept SUSHI BLISSBA. The announcement outlines the opening date, store details and the history of the three companies’ joint ventures.
Royal Holdings, Choushimaru and Sojitz announced that they plan to open the new US brand SUSHI BLISSBA under SUSHI-TEN USA Inc. on 1 October.
The companies established SUSHI-TEN USA Inc. in March 2024 and have since opened the first SUSHI NIGIRIBA location in the US in December 2025 and the second in March 2026 as a joint venture. The new location will be the third.
The new brand will focus on Japanese cuisine and sake, combining the quality, expertise and hospitality developed through SUSHI NIGIRIBA. The store will include counter, table and terrace seating and aims to accommodate a range of customer needs.
SUSHI BLISSBA will be located at The Square, 5253 Katella Avenue Suite120 Cypress City, CA 90720. The store will have approximately 278.7 square metres of floor space and 118 seats. Its hours will be 11:00 to 21:00 Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 to 22:00 Friday and Saturday. The opening date is 1 October 2026.
