As recruitment and utilization of foreign talent attract increasing attention amid labor shortages caused by Japan's declining birthrate and aging population, GLOBAL MEET has decided to hold its second event as an opportunity for companies and job seekers to engage directly. The first event saw active matching between companies and foreign job seekers, and this event will also aim to facilitate high-quality connections. It seeks to provide a forum where companies can directly assess candidates' qualities and motivation, which are difficult to understand from résumés and career histories alone.
